Leading all aspects of app design for a mobile app for older adults to alleviate symptoms of frailty by tracking diet and nutrition. Creating information architecture, user flows, prototypes, and usability test plans. Working with a developer to rapidly iterate on design.

Created user flows and interactive prototypes for a wayfinding app for users with mobility impairments. Conducted usability testing and created redlines for the dev team. Created investor pitch decks and competition posters.

Devised and implemented segmentation strategy for 23 million customers and designed experiments to measure effectiveness of web and mobile marketing campaigns.
